CLAYTON, NY — Julie Anne Webster died peacefully at her home in Mineral, Virginia from complications of Multiple Sclerosis on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022.
Born June 25, 1966, to Norman H. Wagner and Patricia McKinley Wagner, she attended Clayton Elementary and Thousand Islands High School. She moved to Virginia in 1986 and began a career with Aetna working in their healthcare division.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Webster, Mineral, Va., a daughter, Lauryn Galloway (Jared) Richmond, Va., a son, Clay W. Kirk, Goochland, Va., two sisters, Patti Lashomb (Steven) of Clayton, NY and Cynthia Marshall Gravely, Richmond Va., and two grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Norman H. Wagner in 2015, Patricia M. Wagner in 2006 and a brother, Robert W. Marshall in 2018.
Burial and a get together of family and friends will take place in Clayton at a date to be determined.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cummings Funeral Home, Inc., Clayton.
