WATERTOWN, NY — Justin R. Rose, 30, Watertown, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, where he had been a patient for a few weeks. He was 30 years old.
The memorial service will be 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Faith Fellowship Church, Watertown. There are no scheduled calling hours. Burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
Born July 18, 1988, in Watertown, a son to Terry and Linda (Merritt) England, he was educated in the City of Watertown School District.
Justin enjoyed playing X-Box (namely WWE 2K12), watching wrestling (specifically the “Undertaker”), and silly-string. Justin was a member of the Disabled Person Action Organization, and will be remembered as a jokester.
He is survived by his mother and step-father: Linda Rose & Michael Streiff, Watertown; his siblings: Victoria Gatling and companion Channing Moore, Sr. of Watertown, Billie-Jo Hammontree of Watertown, Terri-Lynn and Donny LaLonde of Carthage, Heather Schwandner and significant other Allen Brown of Carthage, Teresa Hazelwood of Clayton; his aunt and uncle: Larry and Lucy Merritt; and special friends Carol and Robert Dixon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Justin wsa predeceased by his father, Terry England, and his grandparents, Gertrude and Irving Merritt.
