MASSENA, NY –– With heavy hearts, the family of Kenneth H. Fregoe, age 94, report his passing late Friday evening, Oct. 21, 2022, at Massena Hospital.
The family has entrusted arrangements to the care and expertise of the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena.
