CHAUMONT, NY — The memorial service for Lawrence J. “Larry” Gardner, will 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
Larry, 76, of Duck Harbor, Chaumont, passed away Thursday, Oct. 25, at his home.
Larry was born in Watertown, a son to Delon and Edna Files Gardner. He served with the Naval Reserves for six years following his education.
He married Marilyn Guga on Nov. 18, 1962, at Asbury United Methodist Church.
Larry worked for the Niagra Mohawk Power Corporation, retiring as supervisor of
the Hydro Department after 29 years of service.
Larry is survived by his wife Marilyn, Chaumont; two sons Larry, FL and Tim,
Watertown; a sister, Pamela (Michael) Vaccaro, Dexter; four grandchildren; a niece
and nephews.
A brother, Jimmie, died in 1989.
