FORT DRUM, NY — Fort Drum officials are offering community members an opportunity to explore the spookier side of the LeRay Historical District during a self-guided tour of the mansion and surrounding grounds on Friday, Oct. 26, and Saturday, Oct. 27.
The Haunted LeRay Mansion Tour will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct.26, for DoD ID card holders and again for the general public from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27. Registration is required for all Saturday attendees.
Visitors will enjoy self-guided tours of LeRay Mansion and the grounds, stopping at stations throughout that tell stories of the area’s haunted history while 10th Mountain Division Band will presents a special concert.
Costumes are encouraged, and while this event is open to all, parents are advised that this tour may not be appropriate for all ages.
