NEW BREMEN, NY —Â Teresa A. Reder, 46, of Tillman Road, New Bremen, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 5:28 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, on State Route 812 in the town of New Bremen with aggravated driving while intoxicated and stopping on a highway after the report of erratic motorist.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. Deputies did not provide her BAC.
She is summoned to appear in New Bremen Town Court at a later date.
