LOWVILLE, NY — Larry M. Mutchler, 38, of 5426 Park Place, Lowville, was cited by Lowville police at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, with unlawful possession of marijuana.
“A patrol went to Mutchler’s residence to investigate a separate incident when he was observed by the patrol weighing marijuana on his kitchen table in plan view,” police said.
Mutchler is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
