LOWVILLE, NY — Trudy J. Mullin, 57, Lowville, was charged by Lowville police on May 3 with third-degree criminal trespass.
Police allege she entered Dollar General on N. State Street despite being previously told several times she was not allowed in the store. “When asked to leave by the manager, Ms. Mullin took a can of energy drink, threw it at the cashier and then left the store,” police wrote.
She is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
