WATERTOWN, NY —Â Lee M. Adkins, 29, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 12:48 a.m. Friday, June 19, at 410 Arsenal St. with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Mr. Adkins is accused of attempting to enter apartment 2 at 661 Factory St. when he used a knife to carve away the door casing in order to gain entry at about 5:47 a.m. Sept. 23, 2019, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 19 in City Court.
