WATERTOWN, NY —Â Cody N. Lilley, 22, of 22727 Swan Road, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:12 a.m. Oct. 8 at 1620 Huntington St., Apt. S3, with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He is accuse of damaging a lawn at Huntington Heights apartments when he drove a vehicle across the lawn while spinning his tires resulting in approximately $500 worth of damage at about 9:00 a.m. Oct. 8, police said.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 28 in City Court.
