WATERTOWN, NY — James E. Busler, 25, of 1153 E. 2nd North St., Morristown, TN, was charged by Watertown police at 9:00 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with falsely reporting an incident.
Mr. Busler is accused of reporting a domestic incident and carjacking which did not occur, police said.
He is summoned to appear March 6 in City Court.
