WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Daniel X. Moore, 18, of 335 Brainard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:56 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, in the 700 block of Franklin Street with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Mr. Moore is accused of discharging a BB pistol several times toward a residence causing a window pane to break resulting in damage in excess of $250 at about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday at 324 S. Rutland St, according to court documents.
He was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and released. He is summoned to appear May 19 in City Court.
