WATERTOWN, NY —Â Elvin Brandon Nieves, 30, of 314 Green St., Apt. 203, Syracuse, was charged by Watertown police at 4:12 p.m. Sunday, June 12, at 1030 Arsenal St. with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Nieves is accused of masturbating in front of a 38-year-old female motel clerk and ejaculated on a wall upon completion at about 3:26 p.m. Sunday at Adirondack Efficiencies, 1030 Arsenal St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear June 29 in City Court.
