WATERTOWN, NY — Tony L. Frezzo, 26, of 29258 N. Martin Rd., Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 7:15 p.m. Friday, May 24, at 8700 Noble St. in Evans Mills with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Frezzo is accused of punching Kevin Converse, 44, Watertown, in his face while on the front porch of First Round tavern, 498 Factory St., at about 10:10 p.m. May 2, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear May 31 in City Court.
