WATERTOWN, NY — Joseph M. Patterson, 40, of 105 W. Lynde St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:58 a.m. Friday, March 15, at 105 W. Lynde St. with second-degree harassment.
He is accused of pushing Kayla L. Clark, 28, of 107 W. Lynde St., “causing her to fall backwards down stairs and threw snow in her face” at about 4:35 a.m. March 5 at 107 W. Lynde St., according to court documents.
Mr. Patterson is summoned to appear April 19 in City Court.
