WATERTOWN, NY — Jacob A. Clarke, 32, of 22568 Eacho Dr., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:06 a.m. Monday, June 4, at his residence with petit larceny.
He is accused of exiting Tops grocery store, 1330 Washington St., without paying for $14.07 worth of merchandise.
He is summoned to appear June 18 in City Court.
