WATERTOWN, NY — Ricky E. Frazier, 51, of 23960 White Rd., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:33 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at 120 Factory st. with driving while intoxicated, imprudent speed and driving a motor vehicle across a sidewalk following an accident.
He was transported to Samaritan Medical Center by Guilfoyle Ambulance for treatment following a motorcycle accident in the parking lot of Northern Credit Union, 120 Factory St.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 29 in City Court.
