WATERTOWN, NY —Â Joshua L. Grubbs, 22, of 927 State St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:39 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, on the north side of Public Square with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Grubbs is accused of shoving and kicking another man on a public sidewalk on Public Square at about 1:38 a.m. Saturday, police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Oct. 2 in City Court.
