WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Shimon B. Walker, 32, of 21601 Floral Dr., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:14 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, in the 100 block of Central Street with petit larceny.
He is accused of stealing “a Maxx Ever Start batter valued at $180 when he it took it from the driveway of Joseph W. Coffie, 625 Bronson St., and placed in a friend’s vehicle with the intent to take it” at about 3:05 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 26 in City Court.
