WATERTOWN, NY — Michael J. Lillie, 42, of 254 E. Main St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:18 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, at 1050 Arsenal St. with second-degree criminal contempt.
Mr. Lillie is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court order of protection when he left the protected party, a 14-year-old girl, with Kathryn Lillie at about 5:27 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, at 254 E. Main St., Apt. 2, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
