ALEXANDRIA, NY – A memorial service for Betty J. Lanterman, 88, widow of Jerry Lanterman, will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Costello Funeral Home, Alexandria Bay. Mrs. Lanterman passed away Feb. 13, 2021, in Lyons, NY.
