CAPE VINCENT, NY — The memorial service for Genevieve I. Milligan will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at the United Church of Cape Vincent with Revs. Nancy Stanley, pastor, and Mark Pierce co-presiding.
Mrs. Milligan, 98, of Cape Vincent, died March 29.
Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Clayton.
