CARTHAGE, NY ––Â Memorial services for Florence A. Sheltray, 82, of 222 State St., Carthage, will be held 5:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Carthage.
Florence died on Jan. 2, 2023, in Syracuse.
