Meth lab bust in Ogensburg

OGDENSBURG, NY — On March 15 , 2019, at 8:02 p.m., the Ogdensburg Police Department responded to a complaint at 1110 Knox Street in Ogdensburg.

As a result of the investigation into the complaint, the Narcotics Enforcement Unit was contacted and a search warrant was applied for. The Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the residence, where materials and components used for the manufacture of methamphetamine were located. As a result of the material and items observed in the residence, the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Response Team were activated and responded to the scene. During the investigation and search of the residence, investigators recovered multiple, active, “one pot” methamphetamine labs, as well as, components of those labs. As a result of the investigation, the following individuals that occupied the residence were arrested and charged:

Aaron W. Carson-Guess, age 29, of 1110 Knox Street Ogdensburg, New York
– Unlawful manufacture of Methamphetamine in the Third Degree (“D”
Felony)
– Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2 nd Degree (“AII”
Felony)

Kenneth B. Reese, age 28, of 615 Morris Street Ogdensburg, New York
– Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3 rd Degree (“D” Felony)
– Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2 nd Degree (“AII”
Felony)

Teresa M. Tynon, age 29, of 602 Main Street Ogdensburg, New York
– Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3 rd Degree (“D” Felony)
– Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2 nd Degree (“AII” Felony)

Carson-Guess, Reese and Tynon were arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court by
Ogdensburg City Court Judge, Honorable Gary Alford were all three were remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
The Ogdensburg Narcotics Enforcement Unit was assisted by members of the St.
Lawrence County Drug Task Force, the New York State Police’s Contaminated Crime Scene Response Team and the Ogdensburg Fire Department. The investigation remains ongoing, and further arrests are possible.
