WATERTOWN, NY —Â Michael A. Giargiano, 70, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2020, at Samaritan Medical Center.
The family will be celebrating his life privately.
Born Dec. 6, 1949, in Buffalo, the son of Michael J. and Irene (Zielinski) Giargiano, he attended Bryant & Stratton and Canisius College.
On June 6, 1970, he married Sandra M. Morris in Buffalo.
Michael was passionate about his work. He spent many years in the food service industry. Perkins Restaurant is what brought him to the area. He was also food service manager at various establishments throughout the north country.
Michael enjoyed hunting, cooking, spending time with family, his dog and his seven grand dogs. He had a sarcastic sense of humor, and a heart of gold. He would do anything for the people he loved.
Besides his wife of 50 years, Sandy, Michael is survived by his two children, Michelle (Scott) Gillette of Watertown and Rachael Giargiano of Watertown.
