WATERTOWN, NY — Michael Patrick Downey, 68, of Watertown NY, passed away Dec. 23, 2022, in Englewood, Florida.
He was born Nov. 2, 1953, to Owen and Mary Downey.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Downey and daughter Kathy, along with several grandchildren.
He was predeceased by an older brother, Owen Joseph and left behind a brother Stephen Downey; two sisters, Patricia Conklin and Bethany Hilts, and several nieces and nephews.
Mike grew up in Watertown NY and moved to Troy, NY, where he worked and retired from
CSX Railroad Company as a dispatcher.
Mike and his wife moved to Florida to enjoy retirement.
Mike was a funny and kind man and will be missed by all.
