WATERTOWN, NY – Northern Credit Union is thrilled to open the doors to its new Massena Relationship Center at 256 East Orvis Street today at 9am.
Massena natives Sheri Norman, Andrew Kassian and Brittany Horton will staff the relationship center and look forward to serving Northern’s members and the Massena community.

The location will feature a Personal Teller with ATM functionality to provide members with a convenient way to bank. Personal Tellers provide the option to speak with a North Country-based team member onscreen in a video conference to complete most common transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, share-to-share transfers, and loan payments. Members will also have access to an automatic coin machine, two offices that connect directly with advisors through secure video chat, and a refreshment zone.

To celebrate the new location and meet members of the community, Northern will partner with local businesses and organizations to hold various events in the coming months. The Massena Relationship Center will be open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
