WATERTOWN, NY – Northern Credit Union is excited to kick off Christmas in Croghan with a tree lighting ceremony at their relationship center. The entire
community is invited to join the tree lighting festivities with hot cocoa and sweet treats to follow.

We’re grateful for the support we’ve received and look forward to the years to come.”
This spring Northern opened its eighth relationship center on Main Street in Croghan. With each new account opened between March and July, Northern made a $50 donation of the member’s choice to either the Croghan Food Pantry, Croghan Community Garden, or Beaver River CSD Backpack Program. In total Northern donated $16,400 as part of its grand opening celebrations in Croghan.
The Croghan Food Pantry and Beaver River CSD Backpack program will use the funds to support current initiatives that feed individuals and families in need. The Croghan Community Garden has designated its donation to the Croghan Community Thanksgiving dinner.
