CROGHAN, NY – Northern Credit Union’s drive-thru Personal Teller and ATM is now open at the Croghan Relationship Center. The parking lot opened last week and features handicapped and Amish buggy parking.
The drive-thru and parking lot are one-way with the entrance on Main Street, next to the Credit Union, and the exit on Fire Hall Street. Signage has been placed to provide directional guidance to members using the parking lot and drive-thru.
“We’re grateful to be able to offer this added convenience for members to complete most transactions from the comfort of their cars, especially before winter arrives,” said Dan St. Hilaire, President and CEO of Northern Credit Union. “We also hope it alleviates the demand for on-street parking, so customers from other Main Street businesses can take advantage of convenient parking while visiting downtown Croghan.”
Personal Tellers provide the option to speak with a North Country-based team member, during business hours, on-screen in a video conference to complete the most common transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, share-to-share transfers, and loan payments. It can also be used as a 24/7 ATM for cash or check deposits and withdrawals.
The drive-thru and Personal Teller in front of the relationship offer extended banking hours Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday, 9am-12pm.
