Notice of Potential COVID-19 Exposure

Congregants who attended services at the Christian Fellowship Center at the above location on Sunday, August 2, 2020, during the hours of 10:00 AM – 11:00 am have a potential risk of exposure to COVID-19.
If you believe you were present at this location on August 2nd between 10 am and 11am, it is recommended that you be tested for COVID-19. Please monitor your temperature twice a day for 14 days. If you develop the following symptoms, call your healthcare provider for further guidance: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea, tell your provider that you may have been exposed to COVID-19.
