MASSENA, NY — On Aug. 25, 2022, troopers out of SP Massena arrested Steven D. LeClair, age 30, of Massena, NY, for assault third-degree.
On Aug. 20, 2022, troopers out of SP Massena responded to The Jug Bar located on State Highway 11c in the town of Lawrence for a fight in progress. An investigation revealed LeClair struck a male and female victim in the head causing minor injury during a physical altercation, troopers said.
LeClair left the scene prior to law enforcement arrive on scene, troopers said.
On Aug. 25, 2022, LeClair went to SP Massena where he was arrested and processed. He was arraigned in Brasher Town Court and released on his own recognizances. He has to appear in Lawrence Town Court on a later date.
