CLAYTON, NY — Elon K. Rowlee III, 55, Clayton, NY, was charged by state police on Dec. 12 with second-degree assault, a class “D” felony, and second-degree menacing, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Rowlee is charged with causing physical injury and threatening a 30-year-old female with a knife during a physical domestic dispute, troopers said.
Rowlee was arraigned in Hounsfield Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
