GOUVERNEUR, NY — On Feb. 2, 2022, at around 10:30 p.m., a member of the New York State Police was patrolling on Main Street in the town of Fowler, when his patrol car collided with a motorized bicycle being operated by Robert Larock, 38, Gouverneur.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
A preliminary investigation has determined the bike was not illuminated at the time of the crash.
Larock was flown to SUNY Upstate Hospital for treatment.
