LOWVILLE, NY — On March 18, 2023, the New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Lewis County.
As a result of the initiative, the following locations were checked:

As a result of the initiative, the following locations were found NOT to be in compliance with the laws dealing with the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21:

Hill Top Market, 1187 State Route 26, West Leyden, NY
As a result of the initiative, Stephanie N. Redmond, age 29, from Lyons Falls, NY was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st degree and Prohibitive Sale of Alcohol to a person under twenty-one years old (ABC Law §65). Redmond was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Lewis Court on April 13, 2023, at 6 p.m.
