WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Richard E. Vooris, 49, Wynantskill, NY, was charged by state police with second-degree criminal contempt and unlawful dissemination of an intimate Image (revenge porn), both misdemeanors.
Vooris is charged with violating a stay-away court order and sending an intimate photo of the complainant to another person, troopers said.
Mr. Vooris was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Watertown Court and is scheduled to appear on February 18, 2021, at 9 a.m.
