On Jan. 4, 2023, State Police of Clifton Park arrested Bryan S. Pallone, 35, of Schenectady, NY, on a warrant for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a class “D” felony, and Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class “E” felony.
On Nov. 16, 2022, at about 8:00 a.m. Trooper received a report from the Home Depot located in Halfmoon, NY, who advised that five snow blowers were stolen from the business in the early hours of November 12, 2022. On December 12, 2022, an additional theft of two snow blowers was reported from the Lowes located in Halfmoon, NY.
The investigation determined Pallone was responsible for both thefts, troopers said.
At that time, Pallone had 20 outstanding warrants for his arrest, and he is suspected of multiple additional thefts in the area.
Pallone was located at the Schenectady County Correctional Facility and brought to SP Clifton Park for processing. He was arraigned at the Halfmoon Town Court and returned to the Schenectady County Correctional Facility on unrelated charges.
