NYSP: Missing 18-year-old Cape Vincent woman located in Missouri
ALEXANDRIA BAY, NY — On Aug/26, 2018, The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay began an investigation into a reported missing person complainant of 18-year-old, Cassidy Thomas of Cape Vincent, NY.
On August 28, 2018, contact was made with Cassidy Thomas by the New York State Police and she advised that she willingly left her residence on August 25th with a friend. The O’Fallon Police Department checked on her welfare and confirmed that Ms. Thomas was not coerced and/or forced to leave her residence.
During the course of this investigation, the New York State Police were assisted by other local law enforcement agencies, including the New York State Intelligence Center and the O’Fallon Police Department in Missouri.
