On 4/27/18 at 9:40 p.m., Samantha L. Haussig, 29, of 8105 Maple Rd., Clay, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following the investigation into a possible domestic dispute on CR 7 in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Haussig is scheduled to answer the charge on 5/15/18 in the Town of Hannibal Court.
On 4/28/18 at 5:12 p.m., Jhostin W. AriasDiaz, 20, of 263 Glenwood Ave., Apt. 2, Syracuse, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on North Second Street in the City of Fulton reportedly initiated after patrol confirmed the vehicle’s speed with radar while traveling on SR 481 in the Town of Volney. Mr. AriasDiaz is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/14/18 in the Town of Volney Court.
On 5/2/18 at 11:23 a.m., Edgar Rodriguez, 40, of 804 Forest Ave., Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, 2nd degree; AUO, 2nd degree (previous conviction); No License and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on Main St. in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Rodriguez is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/29/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 5/3/18 at 8:41 a.m., Rodney F. Leggett Jr., 52, of 209 Herriman Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Leggett was arraigned in Oswego County Family Court and is scheduled to return on 6/25/18.
On 5/3/18 at 9:44 p.m., Joseph A. Barber, 35, of 21 Whittemore Rd., Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; No License and Inadequate Plate Lamp following a traffic stop on CR 4 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Barber is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/24/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.
On 5/4/18 at 2:05 a.m., Britany J. Murphy, 21, of 2215 CR 6, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Ms. Murphy was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond with a return to court on 5/10/18.
On 5/4/18 at 7:30 a.m., Kody L. Barr, 21, of 548 Pumphouse Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, 3rd degree, both class A misdemeanors stemming from the investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred on 4/2/18 at a business in the Town of Mexico in which a license plate along with property inside the vehicle were stolen. Mr. Barr is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/8/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
