OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 12, 2018:
On 6/11/18 at 10:50 a.m., Michael J. Tassie, 37, of 2011 CR 1, Oswego, NY was arrested in the Oswego County Correctional Facility, where he is being currently held on unrelated charges, based on a Bench Warrant issued out of New Haven Town Court. Mr. Tassie was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $250/$500 with a return to the Town of New Haven Court on 6/21/18.
On 6/11/18 at 12:22 p.m., Carrie L. Hilton, 39, of 22 Church Street, Phoenix, NY was charged with Harassment, second-degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Hilton is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/27/18 in the Town of Schroeppel Court.
On 6/11/18 at 1:25 p.m., Julian A. Rodriguez, 30, of 89 Paradise Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Mexico on 5/14/18. Mr. Rodriguez is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/26/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 6/12/18 at 3:00 a.m., David A. Merritt, 32, of 121 Lyons Street, Fulton, NY was arrested following a disabled vehicle on SR 481 in the City of Oswego, based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court. Mr. Merritt was turned over to the New York State Police for further processing.
