OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 4, 2018:
On 6/1/18 at 2:30 p.m., Anthony L. Feliciano, 23, of 39 Birch Lane, Bldg. 41C, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, fourth-degree and Resisting Arrest, both class A misdemeanors following a domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly damaged a picture frame and punched a hole in a wall then jumped out a window and ran. Mr. Feliciano was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 6/7/18.
On 6/1/18 at 3:02 p.m., Melinda S. Trumble, 23, of 2056 Harwood Dr., Apt. B, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Richland Town Court. Ms. Trumble was arraigned in Richland Town Court and is scheduled to return on 7/11/18.
On 6/1/18 at 5:00 p.m., Anthony L. Feliciano, 23, of 38 Birch Lane, Bldg. 41C, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Scriba Town Court. Mr. Feliciano was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and is scheduled back in court on 6/7/18.
On 6/1/18 at 9:53 p.m., Alexandra Gonzalez, 23, of 505 W 1st Street South, Fulton, NY was operating a 2008 Pontiac east on SR 3 in the Town of Granby, 1/10 mile west of CR 3, when the vehicle was reportedly rear ended by a 2017 Chevrolet pickup being operated by Jared M. Hermenet, 26, of 5510 Ravensthorpe Way, Clay, NY. Mr. Hermenet was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.
On 6/2/18 at 7:08 a.m., Marc A. Williams, 52, of 842 CR 37, Central Square, NY was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a MV, third-degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred in March 2018 in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Williams is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/25/18 in the Town of Hastings Court.
On 6/2/18 at 11:28 a.m., Jeremy L. Liverman, 34, of 82 Kircher Park, Webster, NY was charged with Registration Suspended and No License following a traffic stop on West 8th Street in the City of Fulton. Mr. Liverman is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/14/18 in the City of Fulton Court.
On 6/3/18 at 1:40 p.m., Joshua J. Johnston, 26, of 2081 CR 1, Lot 4, Oswego, NY was arrested for Assault, first-degree, a class B felony; Robbery, first-degree, a class B felony; Grand Larceny, third-degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly stabbed the victim in the neck with a knife then stole the victim’s vehicle. Mr. Johnston was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond with a return to court on 6/7/18.
