Oswego Sheriff’s Office blotter June 5

OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 5, 2018:

On 5/27/18 at 10:40 p.m., Emma J. Wilson, 32, of 199 ½ Liberty Street, Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of New Haven. Ms. Watson is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/21/18 in the Town of New Haven Court.

On 5/31/18 at 5:35 p.m., Todd S. Edward, 19, of 72 White Oak Drive, Jim Thorpe, PA was reportedly operating a 2016 Subaru north on CR 6 at the intersection with SR 104B in the Town of New Haven when the vehicle proceeded through the intersection and collided with a 2013 Dodge traveling west and being operated by Antwan Davon Rivera, 28, of 246 Gertrude Street, Syracuse, NY. Mr. Edward was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.

On 6/3/18 at 6:36 a.m., Brittany R. Snyder, 22, of 277 Johnson Rd., Parish, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree; No License and Unauthorized Stickers on Windshield/Rear Window following a traffic stop on Church Street in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Snyder is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/26/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.

On 6/4/18 at 10:24 a.m., Derek R. Lyon, 32, of 401 West 4th Street South, Apt. 1, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Lyon was arraigned in Oswego County Family Court and is scheduled to return on 6/27/18.

On 6/4/18 at 1:39 p.m., Scott C. Southworth, 38, of 131 West 1st Street, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City.  Mr. Southworth was turned over to the Oswego Police Department for further processing.

On 6/4/18 at 7:45 p.m., Rachel ML Manley, 23, of 235 Main Street, Richland, NY was arrested based on a Felony Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court.  Ms. Manley is scheduled to appear in Oswego County Court on 6/5/18.

On 6/4/18 at 10:55 p.m., Michael J. Tassie, 37, of 2011 CR 1, Oswego, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, first-degree, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of  a Child, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly grabbed the hair and struck the individual of which has an active refrain from order of protection filed against him while that individual was holding a child along with being in the presence of an individual of which has a stay away order of protection filed against him. Mr. Tassie was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail and is scheduled to return on 6/7/18.
