Oswego Sheriff’s Office blotter June 6

OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 6, 2018:

On 5/26/18 at 5:16 p.m., Gregory J. Davis, 33, of PO Box 254, Trumansburg, NY was operating a 1996 Subaru south on Wiltsieville Rd. in the Town of Hannibal when the vehicle was reportedly struck by a 1994 Honda that was traveling east on Blythe Rd. and being operated by Paul Frank Mincolla, 26, of 1144 Webster Ave., Utica, NY.  Mr. Mincolla was issued a UTT for Failure to Stop at a STOP Sign and transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.

On 5/27/18 at 12:14 p.m., Curtis D. Foultz, 37, of 15065 King Rd., Sterling, NY was arrested for AUO, second-degree (23x with 16 scoffs on 9 dates) and Exhaust System following a traffic stop on Fulton Street in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Foultz was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 6/19/18.

On 6/4/18 at 5:10 p.m., Bradley S. Wygant, 31, of 349 East Ave., Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on O’Connor Rd. in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Wygant is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/21/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 6/5/18 at 10:43 a.m., Lawrence W. Chase II, 34, of 4763 Gill Rd., Bldg. 3273, Apt. 20, Morrisville, NY was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of Oswego County Supreme Court charging him with Failure to Register/Verify with the Sex Offender Registry per Corrections Law. Mr. Chase was arraigned in Oswego County Supreme Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond with a return to court on 6/15/18.

On 6/5/18 at 7:08 p.m., Ethan T. Fedder, 19, of 3279 Main Street, Apt. 3, Mexico, NY was charged with Harassment, second-degree based on a Criminal Summons issued out of the Town of Hastings Court stemming from an incident the occurred in the Town of Hastings on 4/21/18 when he allegedly punched the victim in the face. Mr. Fedder is scheduled to answer the charge in the Town of Hastings Court on 6/6/18.
