On 5/21/18 at 6:14 p.m., Charles M. Pease, 60, of 271 Cemetery Rd., Oswego, NY was operating a 2018 Can Am ATV east in a yard on Cemetery Rd in the Town of Oswego when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to overturn. Mr. Pease was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Unsafe speed seems to have been a contributing factor.
On 5/22/18 at 4:57 p.m., Jenna M. Boyle, 25, of West 11th Street, Bldg. 16, Apt. 1F, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sterling Court. Ms. Boyle was turned over to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 5/22/18 at 5:44 p.m., Alyssa L. Facteau, 21, of 66 Albright Rd., Mexico, NY was operating a 2013 Dodge west on Liberty Street in the Town of Mexico when it reportedly proceeded through the intersection with Academy Street causing the vehicle to collide with a 2011 Kia traveling south and being operated by Kennedy Lynne Barnes, 20, of 299 Lot 10 Rd., Central Square, NY. Ms. Facteau was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.
On 5/25/18 at 8:55 a.m., Tina M. Mansfield, 37, of 3546 CR 57, Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a traffic stop on Minetto Bridge Rd. in the Town of Minetto. Ms. Mansfield is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/6/18 in the Town of Minetto Court.
On 5/25/18 at 9:06 a.m., Breann M. Stoughtenger, 33, of 507 Pine Street, Apt. 1, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Ms. Stoughtenger was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and is scheduled to return on 6/6/18.
On 5/25/18 at 3:58 p.m., Amanda L. Temperton-Ouderkirk, 25, of 457 Baum Rd., Hastings, NY was charged with AUO, 2nd degree; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle and Broken Glass following a traffic stop on CR 12 in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Temperton-Ouderkirk was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to T/O Hastings Court on 5/30/18.
On 5/25/18 at 4:16 p.m., Michael E. Roof, 26, of 122 East Main Street, Webster, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on US Rt 11 in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Roof is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/14/18 in the Town of Sandy Creek Court.
On 5/25/18 at 7:51 p.m., Jeffrey E. Isabell, 48, of 174 Chapman Rd., Parish, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony; AUO, 3rd degree; Operating MV w/o Insurance and Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on CR 12 in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Isabell was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5000 cash or $10,000 bond with a return to Town of Hastings Court on 5/30/18.
On 5/26/18 at 12:21 a.m., Justin R. Dix, 23, of 24 Village View Dr., Tully, NY was operating a 2008 Mercedes reportedly exiting a business parking lot in the Town of Hastings, 200 feet east of East River Rd., when he lost control causing the vehicle to strike a pole then back into a sign. Mr. Dix was issued UTT’s for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Unsafe Starting and Crossing Road Hazard Markings.
On 5/26/18 at 4:34 a.m., Anthony C. Stringham, 34, of 8298 Mantova Dr., Clay, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square Court. Mr. Stringham was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $350 cash or $700 bond with a return to court on 6/20/18.
On 5/26/18 at 8:34 a.m., Robin L. Coffey Jr., 37, of 1135 CR 17, Bernhards Bay, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 49 in the Town of Constantia reportedly initiated after the vehicle’s speed was confirmed by radar. Mr. Coffey is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/11/18 in the Town of Constantia Court.
On 5/27/18 at 6:47 p.m., Vincent J. Salamone III, 21, of PO Box 32, Wampsville, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle and Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the City of Oswego. Mr. Salamone is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/7/18 in the City of Oswego Court.
On 5/27/18 at 8:16 p.m., Shawn T. Moreland, 28, of 190 E 4th Street, Oswego, NY was charged with Registration Suspended and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the City of Oswego. Mr. Moreland is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/7/18 in the City of Oswego Court.
On 5/28/18 at 11:32 p.m., Kelvin D. Miller, 31, of 76 Harvest Dr., Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Miller was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond with a return to court on 6/7/18.
On 5/29/18 at 12:30 a.m., Edward B. Arena, 29, of 2034 SR 315, Deansboro, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a suspicious vehicle complaint in the Town of Granby. Mr. Arena is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/11/18 in the Town of Granby Court.
