On 5/30/18 at 5:42 p.m., Zachary J. Jordan, 30, of 472 CR 85, Bldg. 18, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Jordan was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and is scheduled to appear in Oswego County Family Court on 6/4/18.
On 5/29/18 at 7:10 p.m., Justin L. Dunn, 33, of 681 CR 54, Lot 91, Pennellville, NY was charged with Harassment, 2nd degree following a domestic dispute in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Dunn was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and is scheduled to return to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 5/30/18.
On 5/29/18 at 7:38 p.m., Tyrone L. Anderson, 49, of 55 Wybron Rd., Fulton, NY was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Inadequate Plate Lamps following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the City of Fulton. Mr. Anderson is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/20/18 in the City of Fulton Court.
On 5/29/18 at 11:54 p.m., Kathleen A. Booth, 52, of 10 Van Alstyne Dr., Pulaski, NY was operating a 2011 Jeep north on Van Alstyne Dr. in the Town of Richland, 40 Feet north of CR 28, when she reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a pole. Ms. Booth was issued UTT’s for Leaving Scene of Property Damage Accident and Failure to Keep Right.
On 5/30/18 at 12:49 a.m., Cassidy J. King, 19, of 67 Van Buren Street, Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Volney. Ms. King scheduled to answer the charge on 6/25/18 in the Town of Volney Court.
