PA man charged with aggravated DWI following ATV accident in Turin

TURIN —   Brian R. Fox, 48, Pennsylvania, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 6:54 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, on Gomer Hill Road in the town of Turin with aggravated driving while intoxicated following an all-terrain vehicle accident.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. His BAC was 0.18 percent, deputies said.

He is summoned to appear in Turin Town Court at a later date.
