Watertown Police Department:

Emani E. Belisle, 21, of 150 Clinton St., Apt. A1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:10 a.m. Friday, July 2, at Whistler’s Tavern, 109 Public Square, with disorderly conduct. Ms. Belisle is accused of shoving another woman against a brick wall while outside the tavern on a sidewalk at about 2:09 a.m. Friday, police said. She is summoned to appear July 14 in City Court.

Thomas Y. Campbell, 33, of 141 N. Orchard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:05 p.m. Thursday, July 1, in the 100 block of N. Orchard Street with disorderly conduct.Police allege Mr. Campbell continued to yell profanities at a group of bystanders while walking in the 100 block of N. Orchard Street despite numerous request to cease his behavior. He is summoned to appear July 12 in City Court.

Cory A. Merritt, 29, of 142 Mechanic St., Apt. 707, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:56 p.m. Thursday, July 1, in the 100 block of Mechanic Street with two counts each of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. Mr. Merritt is accused of grabbing Corinna L. Bradley, 46, by her neck after entering her apartment without permission at about 3:30 p.m. June 28 at 254 E. Main St., Apt. 2, according to court documents. He is also accused of entering her residence at about 4:15 a.m. June 26 and struck her in the head with an open hand causing her to fall during a domestic incident, police said. He was being held pending arraignment in City Court, police said.

Arrested at 4:55 PM for, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st – 10 or More Scoffs (Felony), Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief 4th-Damage Property, and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. Defendant was driving on Rock Island Street with a revoked New York driver’s license with 17 scoffs on 10 dates. Defendant fled from police officer in a vehicle after a traffic stop was being attempted. Defendant failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection of North Gordon Street and Rowley Street. Defendant then resisted arrest with the police officers and while doing so broke a pair of the police officer’s sunglasses. Defendant was issued an appearance tickets and uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court Date.

Arrested at 4:55 PM, for Facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, defendant allowed Gregory Fifield, who has a revoked New York driver’s license, with 17 scoffs on 10 dates, to drive her Jeep Compass on Rock Island Street. Defendant was issued a uniform traffic ticket with a Gouverneur Town Court Date.
