Richardo M. Clairsainvil, 26, of 127 Spring Ave., Apt. C20, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:55 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, at The Paddock Club, 1 Public Square, with second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm, a felony, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon – ammo clip, a felony. Police allege he possessed a Taurus G3 9mm handgun loaded with 14 9mm rounds and a large capacity ammunition feeding device capable of holding 15 rounds of ammo inside the tavern at about 12:51 a.m. Sunday. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Kiara M. Jackson, 21, of 775 Oswego Ave., Apr. 122-B, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 12:5 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, at The Paddock Club, 1 Public Square, with second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm, a felony, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon – ammo clip, a felony, and tampering with evidence, a felony. Ms. Jackson is accused of possessing a loaded Taurus G3 9mm handgun containing a loaded magazine in the front waistband of her jeans at the Paddock Arcade at about 12:51 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents. Police said she picked up the loaded weapon that was dropped to the floor by another person, concealed it in the front waist band of her jeans and fled the scene to prevent officers from securing physical evidence. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Marc M. Justice Jr., 22, of 527 LeRay St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:56 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, in the 500 block of LeRay Street with disorderly conduct. Mr. Justice is accused of running at Alyssa C. Durham in a threatening manner and stood directly in front of her face while continuing to yell during a domestic incident at about 1:43 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Daniel D. Renvill, 28, of 1030 Arsenal St., Apt. 418, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:21 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 1030 Arsenal St. with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Mr. Renvill is accused of pushing his wife, McKenzie L. Renvill, down to the pavement while she was holding their 3-month-old daughter at about 9:10 p.m. Sunday at 1030 Arsenal St., according to court documents. He is summoned to appear March 18 in City Court.
Frederick A. Russell, 48, of 22931 County Route 93, Lorraine, was charged by Watertown police at 2:47 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, at 1335 Washington St. with common law driving while intoxicated and a tail lamp violation. He is summoned to appear March 18 in City Court.
Desha L. Ardoin, 21, of 10424 5th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 208, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 11:50 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, in the 300 block of Mill Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a license plate display violation. She is summoned to appear March 18 in City Court.
Suzzane M. Livermore, 32, of 24552 Sawdy Road, Watertown, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department.
