Watertown Police Department:
Kaitlyn M. Nelson, 25, of 925 Emjay Way, Apt. D, Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 1:23 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at 175 JB Wise Place with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. She was arraigned at 10 a.m. Saturday morning at the CAP Court at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building before City Judge Eric T. Swartz who released her on her own recognizance. Ms. Nelson is accused of damaging a windshield on a 2018 Honda Civic belong to Peter Dulaj, 24, when she threw a rock causing the windshield to shatter at about 12:20 a.m. Saturday in the JB Wise parking lot behind Whistler’s Tavern, according to court documents. Police listed the amount of damage at $556.56. She is summoned to appear 10 a.m. Monday in City Court.
Ricky J. Herzig II, 40, of 414 Fairview St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:51 p.m. Friday, July 29, at 414 Fairview St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Mr. Herzig is accused of throwing a piece of metal through a window belonging to John M. Babcock, 60, Watertown, causing it to break at about 6:21 p.m. Friday at 222 E. Main St., according to court documents. Herzig is summoned to appear Aug. 18 in City Court.
Sierra N. Kekuewa, 20, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. F2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:40 a.m. July 27 at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. She is accused of grabbing Latesha Getman, 36, by her hair and hit her head on a window causing lacerations to the victim’s face at about 1:13 p.m. July 27 at 900 Arsenal St., according to court documents. She is summoned to appear Aug. 17 in City Court.
Ethan M. Michael, 20, of 332 Winslow St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:43 p.m. July 29 in the 100 block of Paddock Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration and failure to stop at a stop sign. He is summoned to appear Aug. 18 in City Court.

Earl N. Pierce, 61, of 26294 Bonney Road, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 6:15 p.m. Friday, July 29, on State Route 12 in the town of Brownville with disorderly conduct and exposure of a person. Mr. Pierce allegedly yelled profanities and exposed his buttocks during a Town of Pamelia government meeting at about 8:55 p.m. June 13 at 25859 State Route 37 in the town of Pamelia, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Aug. 11 in court.

Robert E. Rivera, 31, West Carthage, was charged by state police at 4:29 a.m. Saturday, July 30, with second-degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, all misdemeanors, in connection with an incident reported 2:42 a.m. Saturday in West Carthage. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
Brandon L. Wright, 28, Calcium, was charged by state police at 12:50 p.m. Friday, July 29, in the town of Pamelia with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, in connection with an incident reported 10:06 a.m. Friday in the town of Pamelia. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
Angela M. Poff, 47, Theresa, was charged by state police at 4:54 p.m. Friday, July 29, in the town of LeRay with third-degree burglary, a felony, in connection with an incident reported 4:13 p.m. Friday in the town of LeRay. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest. She was released on her own recognizance.
Donald R. Patton, 50, Theresa, was charged by state police at 5:05 p.m. Friday, July 29, in the town of LeRay with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident reported 4:13 p.m. Friday in the town of LeRay. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest. Mr. Patton is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court at a later date.
