Russell A. Procko, 29, Watertown, was charged by state police at 9:38 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree aggravated harassment – threat by phone, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident reported 4:56 p.m. Dec. 17 in the town of Sandy Creek. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest. He was held for arraignment.
Oshay E. Haines, 25, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 10:18 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, in the village of Central Square with second-degree assault, a felony, assault with intent to cause injury with a weapon, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident reported 10:06 a.m. in Central Square. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
Shaun H. McGhee, 36, Antwerp, was charged by state police at 4:12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, in the town of Antwerp with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors, in connection with an incident reported 3:46 p.m. Dec. 24 in the town of Antwerp. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
Charles C. Meuten, 55, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police at 4:58 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, in the town of Morristown with felony DWI and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Troopers did not provide his blood alcohol content. The DWI charge is a felony due to a previous conviction within the past 10 years, troopers said. He is summoned to appear in Morristown Town Court at a later date.
Dawson D. Simons, 21, Hammond, was charged by state police at 7:54 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, in the town of Oswegatchie with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He is summoned to appear in Oswegatchie Town Court at a later date.
Carol A. Sloan, 52, Canton, was charged by state police at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 23 with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident reported 7:52 p.m. Dec. 23 in the town of Canton. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest. She is summoned to appear in Canton Town Court at a later date.
