Warren D. Vineyard, 27, of 442 S. Hamilton St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:35 p.m. Saturday, March 12 at his residence with fourth-degree arson, a felony, and reckless endangerment of property, a misdemeanor. Mr. Vineyard is accused of “recklessly damaging a building and a fence when he intentionally started a large fire on a grill to burn garbage that was three feet from a garage and two feet from a wooden fence,” at about 6:51 p.m. Saturday at 442 S. Hamilton St., according to court documents. He allegedly caused approximately $5,000 worth of damage to property belonging to Bradley Horeth, 65, Brownville, police said. Mr. Vineyard was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 1 in City Court.
Olivier Jean Baptiste, 25, of 10124 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 155, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, March 12, in the 200 block of Mill Street with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and no headlights violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.08 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear March 31 in City Court.
Adreeana M. Eisland, 27, of 130 Court St., Apt. 204, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:37 a.m. Saturday, March 12, at 505 Arsenal St. with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. Ms. Eisland is accused of “barging into the apartment of Jordan Paine and knocking a 55-inch Samsung television worth $500 off a TV stand causing the screen to crack,” at about 4:20 a.m. Saturday at 505 Arsenal St., Apt. 1, according to court documents. Police allege she entered the residence without being invited and refused to leave after requests by Mr. Paine. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.

Robert G. Campany, 48, Carthage, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies on March 12 with three counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. “The arrest stems from three separate incidents where Campany pumped gasoline at Slider’s Food Mart in the village of Croghan and failed to pay for it,” deputies wrote. He is summoned to appear in New Bremen Town Court at a later date.
On March 4, 2022, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office and Lowville Village Police Department concluded a joint investigation into a report of child abuse. Daniel A. Watson, 34, Philadelphia, NY, was charged with one count of second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a felony, one count of sexual abuse, a felony, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. “These incidents occurred from 2015 to 2021 involving two juvenile victims in the town of Denmark and the village of Lowville,” deputies wrote. Mr. Watson was arraigned in West Turin CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Orders of protection were issued on behalf of the victims. Lewis County CPS and the Child Advocacy Center of Northern New York assisted in the investigation.

Taylor M. Hall, 27, of 732 Stonewood Dr., Apt. D, Philadelphia, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 4:43 a.m. Sunday, March 13, at County Route 32 and Waddingham Road in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated and crossing road hazard marking following an accident. Her vehicle was located off the roadway, deputies said. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Her BAC was 0.13 percent, deputies said. She is summoned to appear in CAP Court on April 4.

Heather A. Golden, 37, Malone, was charged by state police at 4:06 a.m. Sunday, March 13, in the town of Stockholm with driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide her BAC. She is summoned to appear in Stockholm Town Court at a later date.
Michael A. Howell, 32, Oswego, was charged by state police at 3:49 a.m. Sunday, March 13, in the town of Granby with felony aggravated DWI. The charged is a felony due to a previous conviction within the past 10 years, troopers said. Further details were not provided.
Cynthia L. Valik, 51, Rome, was charged by state police at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, in the town of Richland with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, in connection with an incident reported Feb. 11 in the town of Albion. Troopers did not provide her blood alcohol content. She is summoned to appear in Albion Town Court at a later date.
